With a loft landing height of over 6’6″ and space for a California king size bed, the Newport by California Tiny House is a great option for tall people that want to live tiny.
The gorgeous contemporary exterior of the Newport consists of corrugated steel siding and clear redwood.
The main entry door leads into the kitchen and a rear sliding glass door will be used to walk out onto a deck. The Newport is 24-feet long with a 2-foot build-out.
The kitchen is equipped with an apartment size refrigerator, two burner induction cooktop, stainless steel farmhouse sink, and several open shelves. The kitchen window is flush with the counter, allowing it to function as a pass-through bar to create an indoor/outdoor living space.
A staircase wraps around the back side of the house and leads up to the huge bedroom loft. Along with space for a California king bed is a reading nook area and full size hanging closet.
A barn door opens into the bathroom where you’ll find a full size shower with door, medicine cabinet, modern sink, flush toilet, washer/dryer combo, and 33″ deep cabinets for extra storage space.
