From Westcoast Outbuildings is this 24′ version of their Lillooet tiny house. As with their 31′ version, the tiny house has a corrugated metal exterior and bright, modern interior.
The Lillooet is 280-square-feet, split between 204-square-feet on the main floor and 76-square-feet in the loft. Built on a triple axle trailer, the tiny house measures 24′ x 8’6″ x 13’5″.
The bright interior is white painted walls, ceiling and cabinets with whitewashed flooring and a natural wood countertop.
Appliances include a refrigerator, propane hot water heater, and a client supplied cooktop.
