French Quarter is a 28′ custom tiny house designed by the homeowner and built by Incredible Tiny Homes in Newport, Tennessee.
Full dormers give the tiny house maximum height, including 50″+ of headroom in the bedroom loft.
The exterior uses lap siding along the top section and fascia on the rest of the house. A reverse gable roof gives it a more traditional look while still allowing for the extra height inside. Custom made gutters are 2″ wide.
The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances including a dishwasher, electric range with microwave overhead, and a refrigerator.
A stackable washer/dryer unit is between the kitchen and bathroom.
Inside the bathroom is a 36″ shower, vanity, and flush toilet.
The tiny house builder in Tennessee built French Quarter for $55,000, not including added upgrades.
