The Coogee 7.2 is a modern 7.2m x 2.4m tiny house built by the Aussie Tiny Houses team. Aussie Tiny Houses is located along the Sunshine Coast in Coolum Beach, Queensland.
The black metal exterior and single slope roof gives the Coogee 7.2 its modern style. Wood accents break up the metal on each side of the home and around the exterior storage compartment. A full light front door leads into the home.
The kitchen features a 3.2-meter-long benchtop with dining area for two. Appliances include a white refrigerator in the storage staircase, electric oven, and two burner gas cooktop. The storage staircase also has a full height wardrobe.
The staircase leads up to the king size master bedroom loft with two windows and a black pipe railing.
The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and vanity. There is also space for a washing machine.
