The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, apartment size refrigerator, and convection microwave. Lower cabinets, upper shelves, and a pantry in the storage staircase provide plenty of storage options.
The queen size bedroom loft has California Tiny House’s signature staircase with closet and landing. Below the loft is the bathroom with a 36″x36″ shower, washer/dryer combo, and flush toilet.
The exterior is painted tongue-and-groove pine with tempered Milgard windows.
