The 28-foot Boehm is an ultra-modern tiny house built by Movable Roots in Melbourne, Florida. The home is 265-square-feet with a main floor master bedroom and guest loft.
The two-tone gray exterior has a mix of vertical and horizontal siding and a metal roof. A large deck provides a great outdoor living space. Two full light french doors lead into the living room.
In the living room is a raised couch with a slide-out dog bed, two pull-out dining tables, and two built-in spots for dog bowls.
The master bedroom has two floor-to-ceiling wood barn doors and a murphy bed. There are several drawers and closet spaces built in around the bed, plus there is a fold-down desk that can be accessed when the bed is closed.
In the galley kitchen are Dekton countertops, a full height backsplash, upper cabinets with extra storage space, a large pantry, an induction cooktop, a full size refrigerator, and a washer/dryer combo.
The bathroom is accessed through a barn door and includes a walk-in shower with Dekton walls, vessel sink, plentiful storage, and flush toilet.
The Boehm starts at $108,000. For more information, you can contact Movable Roots.
