The ZIP system sheathing and flashing, coupled with closed-cell spray foam insulation (R21 in the subfloor and ceiling, R15 in the walls), provide exceptional energy efficiency.
The Jojo Bean is fitted with double-paned insulated windows, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the house. Power needs are catered to with a 50 amp power hookup. For water heating, it employs a propane tankless system, ensuring endless hot water on demand.
