This blue and grey custom tiny house was built by SimBLISSity, a Colorado-based builder. The 25.5′ tiny house offers 260-square-feet of living space between the main floor and sleeping loft, and it features a beetle kill pine ceiling.
The full kitchen includes a 4-burner gas range, 9′ butcher block counter, black cabinets, and a black composite sink. At the end of the kitchen is a beautiful propane fireplace to help keep the house warm and cozy on a cold winter’s night.

In the bathroom they used blue metal roofing as a shower surround for a unique look that ties in nicely with the exterior.
Also included is an L-shaped sofa with storage underneath, a washer/dryer combo in the storage stairs, and oak hardwood flooring. The storage stairs lead up to a 7.5′ x 11.5′ sleeping loft with queen size bed.
Outside, a two bicycle garage provides lots of storage space.
SimBLISSity listed Blue Sapphire for $75,000.00.
