This hobbit-inspired tiny home was built by Incredible Tiny Homes as a guest house for its owners. The home features a round front door, several round windows, and branches for the loft railing and shelf trim.
Since the home is being used as a guest house that will primarily stay in one spot, the owners opted to have an extra wide 12-foot by 36-foot trailer, providing approximately 432-square-feet of living space on the main floor. The home was built on a quadruple axle trailer and has an approximate weight of 25,920 pounds.
To the left of the entryway is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes a freestanding gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink.
A main floor bedroom sits at the far end of the home, allowing for extra privacy. A round window is situated above the bed.
Storage stairs lead up to an extra large loft that extends over the master bedroom and bathroom areas. Branches for the railing give the house a unique touch.
In the bathroom is a shower, wall mounted sink, and flush toilet.
