Upper Valley Tiny Homes built this 27′ tiny house to go off-grid. The 1000 watt solar kit, 50-gallon water tank, and Separett composting toilet will allow the owner to live off-grid for long stretches of time. The owner also has an electric car, which can be recharged using the solar power generated from the house’s solar kit.
The large bay window allows for lots of natural light and has built-in storage under the raised platform. More storage space can be found under the bedroom loft, in the closet, and under the kitchen cabinets.
There is a large skylight over the bedroom loft, wood trim throughout the house, and a wood stove in the living room. The kitchen includes granite countertops with a peninsula, a farmhouse sink, IKEA cabinets, a freestanding range, and a French door refrigerator. In the bathroom you’ll find a granite shower stall with rock floor pan and two shower heads.
