This 18′ off-grid tiny house is based on Upper Valley Tiny Homes’ Birchwood model, then adds a 1000 watt solar kit, water tanks, and a mini split system.
Inside is a full kitchen with a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, freestanding propane range, butcher block countertops, washer/dryer combo, and upper cabinets.
There are two lofts, one accessed by storage stairs and the other by a pipe ladder. A small closet holds the panel and charge controllers for the solar system and provides room for storage.
In the bathroom is a Separett composting toilet, vanity, and a shower with rain shower head.
A deck in the back holds a 10 gallon water heater, two propane tanks, and the mini split condenser.
