This tiny beach house was built by Upper Valley Tiny Homes for the Tiny Siesta rental resort in Sarasota, Florida. The lifeguard stand theme is perfect since it’s located less than a mile from Siesta Key Beach! And when you’re done enjoying the beach, you can use the outside shower to rinse off.
French doors and large windows around the 30-foot house allow for lots of Florida sunshine. When you first step into the house through the lifeguard stand there is a surfboard bar top and bar stools. The living room has a large couch and LCD TV. A small dining area is next to the kitchen where you’ll find an 18″ sink, induction cooktop, and butcher block counters. The storage stairs behind the kitchen house a water heater and the refrigerator.
There are two lofts, one accessed by the storage stairs and the other by a ladder with handrails. The Yellow Lifeguard sleeps up to four people.
A bright yellow barn door leads into the bathroom where you’ll find a flush toilet, 32″x32″ shower stall, and above mount sink.
