The 30′ Barn Style tiny house has a unique roofline with a deck in the middle. On one end of the roof is a 10-panel 1000 watt solar kit, allowing the tiny house to be used off-grid.
Upper Valley Tiny Homes also built a large bay window that accommodates the client’s queen size bed. The bed will sit on a raised platform, allowing for extra storage space.
The kitchen features a 30″ four burner stove, 24″ refrigerator, farmhouse sink, and IKEA cabinets and countertop.
Storage stairs lead up to one loft and a black pipe ladder leads to the other loft. The barn style roof allows for ~4-feet of headspace in the lofts.
The bathroom includes a 5′ jet tub, Incinolet toilet, and IKEA vanity. A 75-gallon water storage tank is also included for when the client is living off-grid.
