Nicknamed the “Warehouse” because of all its storage space, this 30′ tiny house was built by Alpine Tiny Homes and destined for Park City, Utah. You’ll find plenty of storage between the storage stairs, kitchen cabinets with toe-kick drawers, built-in loft shelving, and full wall of cabinets and shelving.
The exterior is a blend of wood and metal siding, giving it a modern rustic finish that will fit nicely in Park City. The split shed roof gives the house a unique look.
Inside the Warehouse are engineered hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room, tile floors in the bathroom, and silk carpet in the loft.
The kitchen is outfitted with an electric cooktop, convection microwave, and an apartment size refrigerator located in the storage stairs.
The bathroom is accessed by a barn door and includes a large shower with glass surround, custom steel pipe clothing rods, a washer/dryer combo, and a humidity sensor with fan.
The loft features copper lighting fixtures and a skylight with a screen door that fully opens for roof access.
