The Cape Cod is a custom 10-foot wide tiny house built by Alpine Tiny Homes for their client in New England. The tiny house is 30-feet long and has a main level bedroom with queen murphy bed that doubles as a desk.
Two skylights and clerestory windows provide plenty of light. The exterior is finished with cedar siding along the top half and gray metal along the bottom.
Inside the Cape Cod are exposed beams, bamboo flooring, and a built-in entertainment center. Barn doors lead into the master bedroom, where you’ll find full size closets along with the murphy bed. Above the bedroom is a large hidden storage room.
The kitchen features a full size range, refrigerator, butcher block countertops, 30″ copper sink with cutting board cover, and a push button garbage disposal. Blue painted cabinets add a nice burst of color to the main living area.
In the bathroom is a tile shower, washer/dryer combo, vanity with drawers, and extra storage.
The Cape Cod was sold for $78,000. For more information about this tiny home, you can contact Alpine Tiny Homes.
