The distinct V-shaped roofline tilts to the rear of the house so rainwater can drain properly.
Inside the Silver Lake is a living room with built-in U-shaped couch and hidden storage, a flat-screen TV, and another storage space under the TV. The breakfast nook is situated in front of a picture window.
The kitchenette is equipped with a full size refrigerator, three burner propane stove and oven, upper cabinets, and sink. Across from the kitchen is a barn door that leads into the bathroom with subway tile shower, rain shower head, and accent glass. The bathroom also includes a macerating toilet.
At the rear of the home is the main floor bedroom. The queen size bed has storage drawers underneath as well as a full size closet.
