Designed by Brian Crabb at VIVA Collectiv, the Schooner has a unique shape with its slanted end walls and high roof point in the middle.
In the middle is a sunken roof deck that provides privacy while enjoying the outdoors. Its dark siding and wood trim create a striking exterior.
The 200-square-foot Schooner has a built-in desk/media center, two large bedroom lofts, and a U-shaped kitchen with 24″ refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer combo.
In the bathroom is a wooden barrel style bathtub, composting toilet, and vanity.
The Schooner was built by Total Property Solutions for a client in Walnut Creek, California. Art direction was provided by Jessica Canovas and photography was by Craig Williams.
