Designed by Brian Crabb of VIVA Collectiv, the Cape Cod was featured on Tiny House Nation and comes with a custom working lighthouse.
The exterior is classic Cape Cod cottage style with its light gray siding, cedar shingles, and window shutters. The lighthouse adds a fun design element, plus it serves as a cover for the water heater.
Inside the 200-square-foot home is an elevated living space with pull out bed under the space. This way there is a main floor bed, yet you can easily store the bed away when not in use.
The kitchen includes a four burner gas range, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combo. The bathroom has a shower with tile surround.
This tiny house was on Season 2, Episode 14 of Tiny House Nation.
The house was built by Charbel Najem at Capstone General Contractors and the art direction was provided by Jessica Canovas.
