From California-based Sierra Tiny Houses is the 24-foot Roomy Retreat. The 273-square-foot tiny house includes an inverted loft with main floor bedroom and living room loft, guest loft, and two storage staircases.
The exterior consists of board and batten siding with a shake shingle accent around the orange front door, and a standing seam metal roof.
Inside the Roomy Retreat are whitewashed shiplap walls, bamboo floors, and a distressed bamboo accent wall.
The kitchen has a beautiful river rock backsplash, aqua-colored textured glass pendant lights over the counter, a butcher block counter top that has dining space for two, and a large farm sink. Appliances include a two burner propane cooktop, 7.3 cu.ft. refrigerator, and convection microwave.
The Roomy Retreat has a 9000 BTU mini-split heating and air conditioning system, tankless water heater, and washer/dryer hookups in the stairway closet.
