Jose, Stacy, and their two girls are ready for a change when Jose retires from the military. In order to spend more time together, they decided to downsize to a 300-square-foot tiny house. With the help of Southwest Tiny Homes in New Mexico, plus John and Zack on Tiny House Nation, they were able to find the right mix between Stacy’s love for retro and Jose’s car hobby.

The garage theme exterior comes with a motorized awning that provides Jose a place to work on cars. Inside, Stacy’s retro couch fits perfectly with the rest of the decor. The kids got the bigger of the two sleeping lofts so they have more room to spread out. They also each get their own desks for their homeschooling.

The bathroom’s auto-theme includes diamond-plated panels, a tire sink, and a gasoline pump faucet.

You can view more details about the house on Tiny House Nation and Southwest Tiny Homes. The Retro Garage was featured on Season 3, Episode 16 of Tiny House Nation.
