After losing everything to a fire in Santa Rosa, CA last year, a family contacted Alpine Tiny Homes to build a custom gooseneck tiny house. They are now proud owners of the Phoenix, a 41-foot long, 10-foot wide off-grid capable tiny home with a 6.5kW solar system and backup battery.
The Phoenix includes a built-in entertainment center with fireplace, real wood beams, a pass through window at the fold down bar for a future outdoor deck, and an outdoor shower. Also included are three skylights, a 5-foot ceiling fan, and two mini split systems.
The kitchen features white cabinetry, a copper farmhouse sink, a five burner freestanding range, and refrigerator with bottom freezer.
The master bedroom is located over the gooseneck and has a built-in queen bed with storage, plus there is another extra sleeping area/office space. The stairs up to the bedroom have drawers and a built-in bookcase.
The bathroom has a trough sink for two, tile shower with glass door, and composting toilet.
