The 40′ shipping container tiny home was designed and built by three siblings. The home is located on a secluded piece of property that shares with one other tiny house, the original Green Creek Shipyard Tiny House.
As you enter the tiny house from one end, you’ll find the living room with full-size pull out sofa that can accommodate two people. The living room has a 43″ smart TV and storage space. Fast (75Mbps) WiFi is included.
Past the living room is the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen includes spacious butcher block countertops, a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric cooktop (no oven), and toaster. There is also a coffee maker, hot water kettle, and various glasses, silverware, pots, and pans.

The private main floor bedroom is spacious enough for a king size bed and two night stands made from original Jack Daniels barrels. There is a large picture window and sliding glass door in the bedroom.

Along with the shipping container tiny house, the property features a custom built waterfall with daybed swinging over top the water, sunk-in hammock, hot tub, and firepit.
