ESCAPE’s Escape One is now available with a screened in porch. The 60-square-foot enclosed porch is 8’x7.5′ and has a sliding glass door, a full screen wall, and a window on each of the other two walls.
As with the original One, the tiny house has a shou sugi ban exterior with natural pine interior. This version measures 32-feet long.
In the living room is a built-in entertainment center with extra shelving and fireplace.
Above the living room is the main loft with room for a queen bed. A fold down ladder stores out of the way when not in use.
The kitchen includes a large pantry, upper and lower cabinets, a three burner gas cooktop, oven, and refrigerator.
Across from the kitchen is a dining area with big picture window in front of the dining table.
In the bathroom is a fiberglass shower, sink, and flush toilet.
Above the bathroom is a storage loft with ladder access.
