From Arizona-based Tiny Treasure Homes is this custom 30-foot traditional style tiny house on wheels with a main floor bedroom and two huge sleeping lofts connected by a catwalk.
The master loft is accessed by a staircase and the guest loft is accessed by a removable ladder. The lofts each extend 2-feet beyond the trailer base, giving it a total of 34-feet across the roofline.
The exterior has natural wood siding with black painted trim. Natural wood finishes were used throughout the house as well.
Included in the tiny house is a custom wine rack, washer/dryer combo, air conditioner/heater, and on-demand hot water heater.
The kitchen features a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, electric cooktop, oven, and upper cabinets under the catwalk.
The washer/dryer combo is located in the bathroom, along with a shower and electric Sun-Mar Excel compost toilet.
