From Calgary, Alberta-based Vagabond Tiny Homes is this 28-foot off-grid capable gooseneck tiny house. The tiny home is 390-square-feet including the lofts.
The exterior is double treated cedar siding with galvanized steel panels and a copper penny roof. An insulated front door, double and triple pane windows, and a mix of rock wool and spray foam insulation keep the house warm during the cold Canadian winters. There is also a Martin direct-vent wall-mounted fireplace.
The show home uses high-grade Douglas Fir plywood for the interior walls, engineered flooring, and aspen plywood for the staircases. One staircase is removable and hidden behind the steps is an LG ventless washer/dryer combo.
The U-shaped kitchen features a stainless steel European refrigerator, three burner gas cooktop, and a choice between a convection microwave, gas oven, or electric oven. There is also a large double pantry and LED lighting under the base cabinets.
There are two bedroom lofts, plus an additional loft/storage area over the bathroom. A beautiful barn door leads into the bathroom.
In the bathroom is a crushed marble vanity with vessel sink, tempered glass rounded shower, and flush toilet.
