This 24-foot tiny house was built by Nomad Tiny Homes for a client that will use it as a getaway in the Texas Hill Country.
The exterior consists of black board and batten siding, cedar window and door trim, a red full light front door, and a metal roof. The custom tiny home was built on a dual axle trailer with each axle rated at 5,200 lbs. Over the tongue of the trailer is a 9000 BTU mini-split / heat pump system.
The interior is finished with white shiplap walls, chocolate birch hand scraped flooring, and a natural wood ceiling.
The kitchen includes butcher block counters, a farmhouse sink, white cabinets with toe-kick drawers, and a four-burner propane cooktop.
The storage stairs have custom drawers and cabinets, plus room for a 3/4 refrigerator. The stairs have a gas pipe handrail and lead up to the bedroom loft.
Below the loft is the full bathroom with subway tile shower and marble mosaic floor, dry flush toilet, and vanity with two drawers.
