The Sundown is a foundation-built tiny home with 240-square-feet of living space. The interior of the Sundown has an open, spacious design with its high ceilings and open area between the kitchen and living room.
The home has a private fenced yard, front porch, and back deck with a two person hot tub that overlooks the private woods behind the home. There is also a charcoal grill, picnic table, fire pit, and double hammock for guests to use.
Inside the Sundown is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and loft bed above the kitchen. Both beds have a memory foam mattress.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a double hot plate, toaster oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, and a basic set of dishes and cookware.
The tiny bathroom features a walk-in shower and vessel sink.
