Built for a family of four, the Roost36 by Perch & Nest features two bedroom lofts and a large deck made from 100% recycled materials. The glass entry wall and retractable screens help blend the house and deck into one large living area.
Large windows and four skylights allow plenty of natural light into this modern farmhouse.
Inside, zero-VOC flooring and paint were used throughout. 100% recycled denim insulation provides R21 value and offers a green alternative to traditional insulation.
The kitchen has a handcrafted concrete countertop, farm sink, and SMEG retro style refrigerator.
