The Payette is a 40-foot shipping container tiny house from Phoenix-based Live Simply Homes. The southwest style house has a stucco exterior and stucco stone on either side of the double french doors. A large fold down deck provides a great space to enjoy the outdoors.
Inside the 320-square-foot container home is a 10’x8′ main floor bedroom with pocket door. The bedroom is large enough for a queen bed and it has a built-in storage headboard with two full height cabinets.
The great room is 22-feet long and combines a living room with space for a sleeper sofa and the L-shaped kitchen. In the kitchen is a small refrigerator/freezer, a full size freestanding range, upper cabinets, and a stainless steel sink.
The bathroom has a tile shower, low flow toilet, and a vanity. On the other side of the bathroom is a 2-foot deep utility room with outside access. This is where they store the water heater and optional external water tank.
