The bright and spacious Open Concept was built by Austin, Texas-based TexZen Tiny Home Co. With no loft and several upper windows, the Open Concept feels much larger than most tiny homes of the same size.
The large kitchen has a wrap-around counter that drops down to table height across the island section. There is a full size refrigerator, electric cooktop, and stainless steel sink.

The living area has plenty of room for a sofa bed or Murphy bed, which is necessary since there is no separate bedroom space.
Next to the living area is a closet located in the partition between the bathroom and rest of the house.
A barn door leads into the bathroom, where you’ll find the same type of cabinetry and countertop as the kitchen, a flush toilet, a full size shower, and a stackable washer and dryer.
