The bright and spacious Open Concept was built by TexZen Tiny Home Co., a Texas tiny home builder located in Austin. With no loft and several upper windows, the Open Concept feels much larger than most tiny homes of the same size.
The large kitchen has a wrap-around counter that drops down to table height across the island section. There is a full size refrigerator, electric cooktop, and stainless steel sink.
The living area has plenty of room for a sofa bed or Murphy bed, which is necessary since there is no separate bedroom space.
Next to the living area is a closet located in the partition between the bathroom and rest of the house.
A barn door leads into the bathroom, where you’ll find the same type of cabinetry and countertop as the kitchen, a flush toilet, a full size shower, and a stackable washer and dryer.
