Miter Box, a 16′ tiny house with reclaimed woods and metals, was the first model home for Shelter Wise, a tiny house design-build company based in Portland, Oregon.
The modern, simple design was created to be extremely energy efficient. The house has a 122-square-foot main floor and 28-square-foot bedroom loft.
The Miter Box includes a small kitchen with a stainless steel counter and a dining table with hydraulic lift that turns into a double bed. There is also a wet bath with a stainless steel shower surround and flush toilet.
Fun note: Miter Box was on the premiere episode of Tiny House Nation!
