Drawing inspiration from the marshlands of South Carolina, the Low Country by Designer Cottages was designed with southern living in mind. The 464-square-foot cottage includes a large porch with bracket supports and hand-carved rafter tails, natural poplar bark siding, and cedar shake shingles.
French doors lead out to the porch and vaulted ceilings and dormer windows allow the heat to rise and escape.
Inside the Low Country, exposed beams and 7” oak hardwood flooring provide a warm contrast to the white shiplap walls.
The kitchen features dark stained cabinets and light quartz countertops with built-in bar dining for four. There is a large pantry, stainless steel refrigerator, freestanding range, and washer/dryer combo.
Beyond the kitchen is an office space with desk and upper and lower cabinets.
Across from the office is the bathroom with tile shower/tub, vanity, and flush toilet.
At the far end of the house is the master bedroom with vaulted ceiling, two floor-to-ceiling closets, and desk.
