With 270° views, the Saltbox by Designer Cottages offers a bright and spacious living area. As part of their Designer Series, the 450-square-foot modular home finishes include stylish vertical shiplap wood siding, 7” oak hardwood flooring, Ply Gem aluminum clad wood windows, Summit appliances, and quartz countertops.
The roofline is a lean-to design with ceiling slope heights from 9’5″ to 11’0″. The exterior is clad in horizontal board and batten siding and a standing seam metal roof. French doors in the living room lead onto a large covered porch and the bedroom has its own private porch as well.
The full kitchen has whitewashed cabinets, a freestanding range with venting hood, refrigerator with bottom freezer, and a deep single bowl sink. Next to the kitchen is a dining table with room for six.
Between the kitchen and bedroom is a desk, washer/dryer combo, closet, and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tile shower, overhead storage, vanity, and flush toilet.
