The minimalist corrugated metal exterior of the 31′ Lillooet gives way to a luxurious interior with all the modern conveniences of a traditional house.
Built by Westcoast Outbuildings in North Vancouver, BC, the 440-square-foot tiny house sits on a 31′ triple-axle trailer. The main floor has 263-square-feet and the two bedroom lofts total 177-square-feet.
As you first enter through the large sliding glass door you’ll see the living room with its Douglas fir beams and convertible sofa bed.
Next, the stunning kitchen is equipped with a composite stone counter, freestanding gas range with microwave overhead, and large double sink. The Lillooet also has a Fisher & Paykel hidden dishwasher and French door refrigerator. Upper cabinets provide extra storage space, plus there is a large shelf space on top of the cabinets.
The double staircase has even more storage space, as well as a built-in “Pooch Palace” for the owners’ dog.
The full bathroom has a 30″x48″ shower with subway tiles, a flush toilet, and room for a washer/dryer combo.
