The Lady Bird is a 20-foot modern tiny house built by Austin, Texas-based ATX Tiny Casas. The 224-square-foot home has a drawbridge patio with remote-controlled winch.
The Lady Bird was built using an ultra lightweight steel frame, a trailer designed to decrease thermal bridging, and spray foam insulation. A 12,000 BTU energy efficient LG HVAC system with remote keeps the home comfortable.
The galley kitchen is equipped with quartz countertops, a large single bowl sink with gooseneck faucet, stainless steel refrigerator, propane five burner cooktop, and built-in wine fridge. Custom soft-close cabinets include a built-in spice rack.
The full size bathroom has a tile shower, vanity, and conventional toilet.
The Lady Bird was priced at $53,500 and includes all appliances and sleeper sofa.
