The Hive is a secluded waterfront luxe shipping container home, located less than 20 minutes from Downtown Greenville.
It features four roll-up garage doors that provide unobstructed lake views from every room. The living space is filled with natural light, creating a serene and neutral ambiance.
The main floor bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, blackout shades, and a sliding screen door.
The full bath is truly unique, featuring a walk-in shower with a roll-up garage door that leads to two private soaker tubs on the deck, providing a spa-like experience with added comforts such as bath caddy trays, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bubble bath soap, bath salts, body lotion, and plush robes.
The fully equipped kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster/oven, hot plate, grill with two burners, and cookware, as well as an indoor/outdoor bar top. Guests can enjoy local coffee beans, a variety of teas, cream, sugar/Splenda, and honey generously provided by the honeybees at Addison Farms.
Outdoor amenities include a private deck with a grill, seating area, and propane firepit, as well as a private dock with access to kayaks and paddleboards for exploring Saluda Lake. The large deck offers lounge furniture, a fire pit, and bar seating, making it the perfect spot for sunbathing and stargazing.
Guests will have over 200 feet of private lake frontage with expansive water views from every room and a private dock.

The Hive is located on a private 2-acre section of Addison Farms, a 14-acre hobby farm that provides a forever home for rescue animals. Guests are encouraged to explore the property, meet the animals, and harvest fresh flowers and vegetables from the garden when in season.
Addison Farms is conveniently located close to many cities in Upstate South Carolina and offers a wide variety of outdoor activities and adventures. The Hive is tucked away in a private setting on the corner of the property, allowing guests to reconnect with the outdoors.
