The Everest is a 24′ tiny house with custom all wood cabinets and bamboo flooring. Bantam Built, based in South Elgin, Illinois, used steel siding and steel stud construction to make the tiny house lighter and easier to tow.
Inside the 330-square-foot house is a full kitchen with four burner stove/oven, 9.9 cu.ft. apartment refrigerator, and upper cabinets.

A king size master loft is accessed by open stairs and a twin bed loft is accessed by a ladder.
Propane powers the stove, water heater, and forced air furnace. A 9,000 btu split unit A/C keeps the tiny house cool in the summer.
The Everest comes in either a 24′ length starting at $52,500 or 28′ length starting at $60,000. This model as shown is listed for $54,000.
