With over 800 miles of gorgeous coastline, majestic mountains, vast deserts, and some of the top cities in the world, it’s no wonder California is the most populated state in the US. Fortunately, it’s also one of the most tiny house friendly states as well!
California’s major focus on climate change and minimizing people’s carbon footprint means tiny homes are more likely to be accepted across the state. From the wine regions of Northern California to the beaches of Southern California, tiny houses are available for rent through Airbnb.
A few things to note:
1) We tried to include a variety of tiny house styles (on wheels, on foundation, main floor bedroom, loft bedroom, etc)
2) All tiny houses have at least a 4.5 star rating
3) We tried to keep the price somewhat reasonable (we skipped the $600/night ones), but since this is California, some prices are still ridiculous when compared to other parts of the country.
