Randi and Cody Hennigan built their 170-square-foot tiny house, nicknamed the Best Little House in Texas, as a DIY project so they could live more sustainably and lighten their footprint. They built it at the Lakewood Brewing Company in Garland, Texas, which made for some great beer breaks!
They implemented some local, natural elements into the house, including native juniper trees as beams for their bedroom loft and a pecan tree cutout around one window.
The house has beautiful French doors, a large living room with a wood burning stove, and a kitchen with an apartment size refrigerator.
In the living room they added an L-shaped sofa that gives them a wonderful view through the French door windows.
They are now traveling the country together along with their dog, Baxter.
