The Clearstory was the first tiny house built by Jeremy Matlock in Ridgway, Colorado. He built the house for himself and lived in it for two years before putting it up for sale in 2016.
Lots of natural light flows into this tiny house through its 11 windows. A rooftop balcony provides a nice spot to enjoy the surrounding (and Jeremy has an incredible spot in Colorado!).
There is an indoor/outdoor shower with gravity-fed solar heating, reclaimed beetle kill pine ceiling, and even comes with handmade cushions made by Jeremy’s mother.
The 270-square-foot tiny house was listed for $29,000 and already sold.
