This one-of-a-kind tiny house was built by Jeremy Matlock in Ridgway, Colorado. The rooftop balcony give it the appearance of a ship deck while the cedar siding and finishes give it a rustic cabin feel.
The 200-square-foot house has two downstairs doors, a hobbit door leading from loft to balcony, and 10 windows.
Inside the 18′ tiny house is a wood stove, burnt Pergo flooring, a built-in entertainment center, a collapsable breakfast nook, and a fold-out couch with handmade cushions (courtesy of Jeremy’s mother!). There are over 50 built-in shelves and cupboards throughout the house.
The kitchen features high efficiency appliances including an electric refrigerator/freezer, propane on-demand water heater, propane two burner cooktop, and convection oven.
The bathroom includes a composting toilet, 36″ trough tub/shower, fan, built-in medicine cabinet, custom copper shower curtain rod, and sliding barn door.
There is room for solar batteries in the electrical box if the owner decides to go off-grid.
Asking price was $39,500.
