The Zaunbrecher is the first house built by Tee Tiny Houses. Located about 20 miles outside of Lafayette in Arnaudville, Tee Tiny Houses is the first tiny house builder in Louisiana.
The exterior of the Zaunbrecher is sealed western red cedar and 26 gauge metal with Jeld-wen windows and an orange 8-foot modern door. An exterior utility cabinet over the tongue of the trailer provides room for storage and utilities.
The interior is finished with white painted 1″x6″ tongue-and-groove pine walls, dark stained pine ceiling, and a light wood floor. In the living room is a navy blue couch, large cabinet, and storage stairs with space for a TV.
The kitchen includes a propane cooktop, overhead venting microwave, and 3/4 refrigerator. The cabinets and finish work were completed by Arnaudville locals at Robin’s Construction.
The Zaunbrecher tiny house measures 24-feet long and totals 240 square feet, loft included. For more information about the Zaunbrecher, please contact Tee Tiny Houses.
