From British Columbia’s Summit Tiny Homes is the West Coast, a 34-foot tiny home built for a family of four. This home has a total of 375-square-feet including two bedroom lofts with skylights.
The exterior has a rustic west coast vibe with its natural cedar shingles and green stained cedar board and batten siding.
The living room features a custom built multi-use couch that converts into a guest bed and provides storage space for the dining stools when not in use.
Hidden stairs behind the built-in storage space lead up to the kids’ bedroom, which has room for two beds.
The clients wanted space for family dinners and floor space for the kids to play, so Summit Tiny Homes built a long oak table that folds down when not in use. The table also folds in three parts if they don’t want the whole table up at once.
In the kitchen you’ll find light oak countertops, custom white cabinetry, a white farmhouse sink, and a green tile backsplash for a burst of color. Full size appliances include a freestanding gas range and stainless steel refrigerator.
The bathroom includes a full shower/tub with tile surround, vanity with vessel sink, washer/dryer combo, and a Separett composting toilet.
