Sean Mercer, owner of Rollin Cabins in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, built this 210 sq.ft. tiny house on wheels. The 24′ trailer has 160 sq.ft. on the main level and 50 sq.ft in the bedroom loft. Nine opening windows allow for plenty of natural light.
The kitchen features custom built cabinets, a 30″ propane range, and a six cubic foot propane refrigerator.
An 11,000 BTU propane heater and the R-20 to R-30 floor, walls, and ceiling insulation make it ready to withstand the cold Canadian winter. Plus, it’s ready for off-grid living with a 160 watt solar kit and fresh water storage tank.
