The 325-square-foot Skyline was built by Free Range Tiny Homes in Eatonton, GA and won Best of Show at the 2016 Florida Tiny House Festival! With its large bay windows, full light French doors, and two skylights, the house provides an open, bright space with views from every room.
The exterior consists of rough sawn lap siding and a slate metal roof.
Inside the Skyline are shiplap walls, Red Cedar loft beams, pine ceiling, and vinyl tile floors.
The full kitchen includes custom cabinets, butcher block counters, a farmhouse sink, and stainless steel appliances. A convertible desk/dining table works as an island while cooking and a table that can seat up to 8 people.
In the living room are built-in benches and the bay window with skyline view windows overhead. An entertainment center has a pull-out TV that can be viewed from the living room or bedroom loft.
The bedroom loft is large enough for a king size bed, plus there is a twin size bedroom on the main floor.
The Skyline was built on a 24′ trailer and has an additional one-foot extension with the bay window and three-foot extension over the trailer tongue. The total weight is about 12,200 pounds, so it can be pulled with a 3/4 ton truck.
