This contemporary, eco-friendly tiny home was built by Sowelo Tiny Houses. The Australian tiny home builder used sustainable building products and materials that are FSC certified or better, low or no VOC glues and paints, and they used 100% renewable energy to build the home.
The black framed bifold doors and servery bifold window open onto the deck. Next to the bathroom window is a grow wall with 42 removable pots and integrated watering system.
As you enter through the bifold doors you’ll find a spacious lounge area with couch that converts into a bed. There is storage space under the bed.
The interior floors are 60% recycled polished concrete and all cabinets are made using FSC sustainable birch film face plywood.
The kitchen features Australian hardwood countertops, a fold out kitchen table with bar stools, push-open drawers, spice rack, and bin drawers. Appliances include a 700mm stainless steel sink, freestanding four burner gas oven/stove, and full size energy-efficient stainless steel refrigerator.
Behind the storage stairs is a nook with picture window. The space is perfect for reading or for use as an office area.
There are two bedroom lofts. The master bedroom loft is accessed by the storage stairs and the guest loft has ladder access. Both lofts accommodate a queen size bed.
In the bathroom is a 1500mm bathtub with stainless steel surrounds and rain shower, vessel sink, front load washer, wall-to-wall mirror, and water toilet (other options available).
