Relax Shack is a 24′ tiny house built by Mark and Emily Mitchel, owners of Mini Mansions based in St Peters, Missouri. After 30 years of construction experience, Mark is now putting his expertise to use building tiny houses that go above and beyond the local municipality codes for construction.
This particular model has the Grey/Sky Blue exterior option that uses grey vinyl board and batten siding, galvanized corrugated metal, a metal roof, and a sky blue door.
The house is well insulated with R13 used in the walls and R21 used in the ceiling and floor.
The spacious interior features linoleum wood grain flooring and two loft areas: one large enough for a king bed (7.5’x8’) and the other fits a twin size bed (7.5 x4’). Both lofts have natural beige carpet and there is a stairway to main loft.
The living room features a 27” x 80” built-in daybed/couch with storage underneath and a built-in bookcase stained to match the stairway.
The kitchen comes complete with a white Criterion 7.4 cu.ft. refrigerator, large sink, full size white cabinets, microwave, portable two burner Cuisineart cooktop, and butcher block countertops.
