Built by Tipp City, Ohio-based Maverick Tiny Homes is their namesake tiny home, the Maverick. The contemporary farmhouse is 290-square-feet including the loft.
The Maverick was built on a 26′ triple axle Trailer Made custom trailer using lightweight steel framing. The home has spray foam insulation with R-34 in the trailer and R-25 in the walls and ceiling. The Maverick is NOAH Tiny House inspected and certified.
The exterior is white board and batten siding with a metal roof. French doors lead into the living room and a side entry door provides keyless code entry next to the bathroom. Two skylights over the kitchen provide plenty of light in the main living area.
The interior has white pine shiplap walls, poplar trim, stained wood ceiling, and exposed beams.
The kitchen features custom cabinetry with toe-kick drawers, a butcher block countertop, white farmhouse sink, full size gas range, and refrigerator with bottom freezer. The countertop extends into the living room area with a two person bar seating area.
In the living room is an electric fireplace and 43″ Samsung TV.
A set of storage stairs wrap around the backside of the house and leads up to the bedroom loft. The loft is large enough for a queen size bed and has two hanging storage closets and a privacy wall.
The bathroom has a barn door, full size tub with tile surround, vanity with vessel sink, washer/dryer combo, and flush toilet.
The Maverick was listed for $79,900. For more information about the tiny house, please contact Maverick Tiny Homes.
