The Legacy is the debut tiny house from Colton Ronzio at Wood & Heart Building Co. Three skylights and thirteen windows provide plentiful natural light in the 26′ tiny house.
For the exterior, Colton used 1″x8″ cedar siding with hand-milled tongue-and-groove shou sugi ban trim. The exterior utility closet houses a tankless water heater, propane tank, and the electrical panel.
Closed cell spray foam insulation was used throughout the floor, walls, and ceiling.
Inside The Legacy are 6″ shiplap interior walls, reclaimed rough-sawn ceiling, and a reclaimed accent bathroom wall. The 3″ solid oak flooring transitions into geometric tile in the bathroom.
The kitchen features black walnut and African mahogany butcher block counter tops, live-edge black walnut shelving, a Carrara marble backsplash, and a 24″ ceramic farmhouse sink. Live-edge black walnut was used for dining table and benches as well.
