After owning a construction company for over 30 years, Bob Bretey decided to apply his experience to building tiny houses. The King’s Loft is the first tiny house model Bob and his team built as their new company, Tiny Houses of Washington.
The 24′ tiny house features beautiful blue-grey board and batten siding with a cedar shake accent on the front of the home. The shed style roof and upper windows allow plenty of natural light.
A propane gas fireplace in the living room keeps the house warm and cozy. Above the fireplace is a TV and entertainment area.
There is a large bedroom loft with closet space and a hide away ladder.
The kitchen is outfitted with a four burner propane stove, a 3/4 refrigerator, and a stainless steel sink. The L-shaped counter provides extra surface space for preparing and eating meals.
The King’s Loft totals 303-square-feet between the main floor and loft.
